In the heart of Favoriten is the Appartment Favoriten, 3 minutes away from the
tramwaylinie 6 station Absberggasse, in a beautiful old style house with the
view to
the park of the company Siemens in a calm side lane.
IT contains a double bed and
an extendable couch, so that maximally 2 persons
can stay overnight. Towels and
bedlinen are to your disposal.The Appartement
also contains a shower, WC and a fully
furnished kitchen with gas cooker,
refrigerator, cook and mess kit.
Further
a television and a radio and a wireless, portable Internet-connection are in the room.
price per person/night € 25
I also charge a key deposit of
€ 100, witch will be given back when the appartment is returned correct.

complete rent has to be payed at arrival.
